Abstract : "A methodology based on the smart combination of evolving fuzzy clustering and OKID (Observer/
Kalman Filter Identification) algorithm, is proposed. The evolving fuzzy version of OKID algorithm is formulated
for adjusting parameters and structure of the fuzzy Kalman filter, from experimental data. Experimental
results from states and outputs estimation applied to online identification of a 2DoF helicopter show the efficiency
of the proposed methodology."
